The Buboulina Museum Visitation Rules

All visitors are required to comply with commonly accepted standards of good conduct. The general instructions displayed on Museum signage, as well as those provided by Museum staff, must be observed.

To ensure the safety of visitors, staff, and historical artifacts, the Museum enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward verbal or physical harassment, discriminatory or threatening behaviour, as well as any actions that interfere with or disrupt the experience of other visitors. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, running, rough play, and any other disruptive or dangerous behaviour.

Voices must be kept at a low level.

Visitors are required to wear clothing appropriate to the formal setting of the Museum. Entry in swimwear or particularly revealing clothing is considered inappropriate.

Walking within the Museum without footwear or with the upper body uncovered is strictly prohibited.

Visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Mobile phones must be set to silent mode. The use of mobile phones for voice calls is prohibited within the exhibition areas.

Visitors are kindly requested not to touch the artworks, frames, platforms, labels, display cases, or any elements used to present the works.

In accordance with the Museum’s policy, photography is permitted for personal or study purposes—except for works on loan for temporary exhibitions—provided that no flash, stands, or tripods are used. The Museum requests that visitors do not photograph staff members or other visitors without their consent.

The Museum reserves the inalienable right to require any individual displaying unacceptable or inappropriate behaviour to leave the premises.

By purchasing a ticket and entering the Museum, visitors agree to fully comply with the above policies.
